The miracle family and recogiendo Israel de nuevo

 What's up everyone?

I've been out here surviving up in the heights of Cerro Rico preaching the word of God to so many people and it's been incredible. It brings so much joy.

This week we were able to have a lesson with Laura and Wilson, and we were able to meet the two sisters, his parents, and one of the boyfriends. They are all interested and have such awesome questions to help them progress in the Gospel. Laura should hopefully be getting baptized this week, but she's a little nervous. We are excited for her and for Wilson because we want to have him baptize her which will be an awesome experience.

This week we also had zone conference down here in Potosí. It was awesome and we talked a lot about setting goals and making plans to accompany our goals, recognizing the spirit and helping our friends to recognize it too, and remembering that God fulfills the desires of our hearts when we so everything he asks us to do. From the conference my companion and I have been able to recognize the Light of Christ in the eyes of the people we are teaching. It has been a good way to judge interest and we have seen a lot of miracles.

This week we have also been focusing on our list of members. In the ward there are 1150 members which is so many, but only 130 members attend. It's given us a lot of opportunities to search for the inactive guys and meet their families that haven't gotten baptized yet. We had an activity with the whole ward to help go our and visit a big group of those inactives that are missionary age and from it we were able to find family members and friends that also need the gospel in their lives.

It's been a good reminder to me of Heavenly Father. We have been able to go out and search one by one for these people. Heavenly Father knows us individually and the things we are going through. It makes us sad to see when people reject any knowledge of the church or its teachings, buy the light in the eyes of others when we testify to them that they are beloved sons and daughters of God makes it all worth it.

Don't forget you're a loved son or daughter of God
