I don't know how, but lets do this thing

What's up everyone! Another week gone just like that.

This week was like a real life Rollercoaster. We had some of the highest highs I've ever had as a missionary, and also some of the lowest lows that I've ever had as a missionary. But despite all the lows and trials, we saw so many incredible miracles.

It all starts with our family of Jesus, Estela, and Genesis. This family has been on date for this week for a while now. Their only problem being that they are not married. It is so incredibly easy to get married here, that it shocks me how many people aren't. Anyway we had a good lesson with our bishop/stake president there, and we talked about trusting in God and putting our full faith in him to see miracles. We visited them another time in the week and basically just hammered that idea into their heads and asked if they still wanted to go ahead with their date. We told them to talk about it and let us know the next day in the morning which would have been Friday. Later that day they sent us a message saying that they were going to go for it. Estela said "I don't know how we are going to do it, but I have faith it will all work out. Let's do it!" That meant the next day we had to get started with all the paper work. And miraculously, we got it all turned in on time. With their determination and faith, they were able to get through so many trials. The adversary really worked and continues to work so hard on this family, but their faith in God and Jesus Christ is bigger than anything.

They really went through it. They are not at all a well off family economically and lost 900 bolivianos. Then one of them didn't have work for several days to even have enough money. Then one of them almost died one morning in their shift in the mine. Then one of them lost their ID card to be able to even do the paper work. But despite all that, we saw so many miracles and God's hand in everything. We were able to gather enough money to start everything. We saw that he was trapped in the mine under a lot of earth, but that he was able to be pulled out and almost scrath-free. We were able to get a new ID card in like 4 hours, and finish all the paper work on time. We were able to find the only marriage place open on a Saturday, and only because we followed the spirit and went searching the day before. We were able to find witnesses after the first 4 families canceled and couldn't make it.

The adversary works hard, but God works harder. Jesus Christ works harder. We just need to trust in them. They will always lead us to a better life. Even if you don't know how things make sense logically or according to the world, just trust God and say "but Lets do it!"
