We found Jesus
Hello everyone! I hope everyone is doing well and finding peace in their lives.
This week was a lot tougher than the other ones for a couple reasons.
I got the news that sweet little Grandma Smart has moved on to the next life which was super sad. I have so many awesome memories of here like when she taught us how to make pillowcases so we could have more sleep overs, or when she wouldn't even get mad at me when I put the whole peach in the jar while we were canning them, or when she would tell me I was crushing the ants underneath my hands when she taught me piano. She lived an incredible life and truly left a legacy. I think all my best jokes come from her so she will always be in my heart. I will miss her emails of just purely puns though

The rest of the week was also tough. We have so many people that are progressing so well, but decided to just avoid us this week for some reason. One was the family of Jesus and Estela. They're so cool, but when we showed up on Saturday, only Estela was there and said her daughter had left and her man hadn't shown up all afternoon and that she was scared he was out drunk. We didn't know what to do so we just told her to go inside, kneel down, and say a prayer with all the faith in h
er heart and that we promised it would be answered. We took of searching for Jesus not knowing where to go. He's a miner and Potosí is full of those guys, especially on a Saturday night because they all get paid and go waste all the money on beer. We prayed for help and we started searching. After like 35 minutes we said it was hopeless, but we still didn't want to go home. We said we should slowly walk this street until we reached his house, then head to ours. As we slowly approached the house, like 2 blocks away, we saw this guy walking towards us from behind. It was Jesus! We don't know how we found him, but we could only thank God. We were able to meet with them all and Estela was so happy and said God answered her prayer! A nice moment despite all the other stuff that went down in the week.

Just know that God loves you, and his plan for you is perfect. Just trust him

With a little Grandma Smart joke
My wife asked if I had seen the dog bowl...
I said I didn't know that he knew how.
