Emergency transfers¿!
Good morning everyone What's going on? The bolivian life has been quite interesting this last week. We were excited to have a good normal week of work, but it didn't quite play out like that. I think we were able to get 2 full days of work in there.
This week we went to the temple and it was awesome! I love that place! It's always such a nice peaceful experience and every time it just makes me so grateful for Jesus Christ and the love he shows me and everyone else.
After the temple, we had interviews with President. We had been seeing some opposition in our ward, and I was prepared to ask him about it to see what we could do. Little did I know I wouldn't even have to bring it up. By the end of our interview, we were with the secretary asking for the key to a new house because we needed to move as soon possible. Since then I can't count all the miracles we have seen. Yesterday someone literally brought their mom to us in sacrament meeting and said "are you guys the official missionaries in La Floresta? My mom has been wanting to be baptized." And his mom was right there and was like, "yeah it's true." Miracles will continue to come over here in La Floresta.
Yesterday we had a fun activity as a stake. I had always heard about the cool "Why I believe" devotionals from other friends in the states and I said why not try it out here? Well it all came together yesterday and it was such an incredible experience to have so many recent converts share their stories with other members and nonmembers in the crowd, then our mission president and stake president spoke too. So cool
Here's to another incredible week!
